Based on the regulations of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection (LOPD), the data collected through the various forms of the site www.beeva.com/en will be the object of processing and will be incorporated in a file that is managed by BEEVA.
The site collects data for various purposes, and data processing involves the uses that are reported below:
The site collects data (name and e-mail address) through blog comments. Such data are not used for any informative or commercial purpose and will solely be used as a requirement of the implemented platform for the correct registration of such comments.
The site collects data (e-mail address) through the subscription feed manager of Google, Feedburner, which is governed according to Google’s policy. The only purpose of this data is to send updates of content on the site’s blog to the user.
The site collects data (name, e-mail address, company, position, social profiles) through the plugin Contact 7 for three different purposes:
Processing of the requested consultation, either through the Communications and Marketing Department or through the Sales Department, as appropriate according to the type of consultation. The data will be stored as a database for the monitoring thereof. In no event will these data be used for abusive practices or for commercial spam.
Managing registration in events organized by BEEVA, in which case the data are stored as a database, wherefore the monthly newsletter may be sent, in addition to other announcements of events that could be of interest to the user. Processing of the résumés of candidates who are seeking employment, in which case the data will be managed by the HR Department for the inclusion thereof in the corresponding file and for contact with the applying user. In no event will these data be used for abusive practices or for commercial spam. These data will be processed according to the indications set forth in the Personal Data Protection Policy section of the employment application.
The data subject will have access to the data collected at the site, which may not be assigned, shared, transferred, or sold to third parties. In exceptional cases and due to the need to prove access to private areas owned by BBVA, certain data will be assigned and will be governed under the data protection policies of BBVA.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY OF AN APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT
In compliance with the provisions set forth in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection (LOPD), the personal data and information completed on the form enabled for collecting employment applications, as well as on résumés and any other corresponding documentation, will be incorporated in a personal data file owned by BEEVA.
The purpose of processing the data is to manage the employment application in which a user puts forth their candidacy.
The data will be kept for a period of five (5) years in order to offer participation in future selection processes.
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, objection, and cancellation at BEEVA, HR Department, Avda. de Burgos 16D, planta 6 (Madrid, Spain) or by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
To resolve any disputes or matters related to the site or the content thereof, Spanish law will be applicable, to which both parties will submit.
